As a Doula I bring a level of experience and support to women and their families by providing prenatal care and education. My goal is to provide women and those involved in her life the ability to make mindful, informed decisions and choices surrounding the whole experience of the pregnancy, labour and birth. I also provide continuous compassion, comfort, and an open spirit to hear what the labouring mom and partner would like to have happen in order for their birth experience to be all that they had desired. My goal is to walk this unique personal spiritual journey with you, with dignity, compassion, and openness.

From the beginning of the labouring process until the birth of your blessing, I would be pleased to assist you in any way I can.

Training:

- Website Certifications/Completed DONA approved Doula course.

- Completed pre-natal class at Queen Alexander Hospital.

- Have CPR ticket as well as infant CPR, and have attended approximately ten labour and deliveries.

- I am a DONA certified Doula.
